How does the 100-Night Trial work? +
We'll work with you over the first 100 nights to help you find the right comfort level. Your body needs time to adjust to a new mattress, and we're here to make sure you end up loving your sleep.
What's the difference between cooling options? +
TENCEL™ Cover (+$0): Naturally breathable and temperature-regulating.

Do I need a box spring? +
No box spring required. The Helix Luxe works great on any flat, sturdy surface including platform beds, slatted frames (slats no more than 3" apart), adjustable bases, or the floor.
What does the 15-Year Warranty cover? +
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and sagging greater than 1 inch. Normal wear and tear, stains, or physical damage are not covered. Keep your mattress on a proper foundation to maintain warranty coverage.
What is the ErgoAlign upgrade? +
ErgoAlign is an additional layer of firm, ultra-dense foam placed beneath your hips and lower back. It prevents your midsection from sinking too deep, keeping your spine aligned and reducing lower back pain — without making the overall mattress feel firmer.
