Adapt, ProAdapt and LuxeAdapt: one idea at three depths

The Adapt family is the backbone of the brand and the three tiers are the same concept with progressively more material. TEMPUR-Adapt is the entry model, with a single layer of TEMPUR above a support base. TEMPUR-ProAdapt adds depth and a more supportive transition layer, and is the widest tier in terms of feels, offered soft, medium, medium-firm and firm. TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt is the deepest build of the three, with the most conforming surface and the most isolation from a partner's movement. Because the material is the same across all three, the choice is about how much contouring you want, not about getting a different kind of support. When the Breeze upgrade is worth paying for

TEMPUR-ProBreeze and TEMPUR-LuxeBreeze take the Adapt and LuxeAdapt builds and add cooling material to the cover and the upper layers. If you sleep hot on a foam bed, this is the part of the range that addresses it directly, and the difference is noticeable in the first minute on the floor. If temperature is not your problem, the money is better spent on going up an Adapt tier. Foam or hybrid

Nearly every model here is available as all-foam or as a hybrid with a pocketed coil base. The all-foam versions give the classic slow-conforming Tempur-Pedic feel with the least bounce, and sit alongside the rest of our memory foam and all-foam mattresses. The hybrid versions are easier to move around on, feel slightly more supportive at the edge, and breathe a little better, which is why they suit couples and heavier sleepers. Bases, delivery and trying it locally

Tempur-Pedic is designed to work on an adjustable base, and head and foot articulation changes how the mattress feels enough that it is worth testing the two together rather than separately.
