Mattress Store Near Bella Terra, TX
Lakes of Bella Terra sits in Richmond, in Fort Bend County, tucked in below FM 1093 and the Westpark Tollway with the Grand Parkway running along its eastern edge and FM 723 down its western side. The closest Mattress On Demand showroom is not the one your mailing address points at: it is our Katy store at 23233 Kingsland Blvd Ste A, about 15 minutes north once you pick up the Grand Parkway at FM 1093.
Our Rosenberg showroom is roughly the same distance in the opposite direction, a straight run south on FM 723 after you leave the community on Bellaire Boulevard, and our main showroom at 1531 FM359 Rd Ste 500 in Richmond is about 20 minutes away by way of the Grand Parkway and Mason Road. All three keep the same hours, carry the same brands and make the same promises, so you can pick whichever direction suits the afternoon.
In one visit you can lie on Helix, Brooklyn Bedding, Naturepedic, My Green Mattress, WinkBed, Plank, Bear and KOVA side by side, get measured with ScanFit 3D body imaging, and work through firmness, cooling and budget with a Certified Sleep Science Coach before anything is loaded onto a truck. We are an authorized retailer for every brand we carry, so the full manufacturer warranty applies to whatever you take home.

What Bella Terra shoppers get when they buy from us
Try before you buy
Every mattress in our showrooms is there to lie on. You leave with a bed you have actually felt in your own sleeping position, rather than one you picked from a page full of specifications and hoped for the best.
ScanFit 3D body imaging
A 3D body scan shows your Sleep Science Coach where you need support and where you need pressure relief, so the shortlist you test is built around your frame instead of guesswork. Our staff are Certified Sleep Science Coaches with over 1,000 hours of training.
365-Night Comfort Guarantee
Sleep on your new mattress at home for at least 30 nights, and if the comfort still is not right you can exchange it within 365 nights of delivery for a mattress of equal or greater value. One exchange per customer, and all sales are final.
1-Year Price Guarantee and financing
Our price guarantee runs for a full year after you buy, so a later promotion on the same mattress does not leave you stranded, and financing is available in the showroom.
Every brand we carry, about 15 minutes from Lakes of Bella Terra
All of these are available to try in our showrooms, so a Bella Terra shopper can compare the online-first names against the brands they already recognise in a single trip instead of ordering blind and hoping. We are an authorized retailer for every one of them.

A Richmond address, a Katy-side drive
Lakes of Bella Terra is one of those Fort Bend communities whose postal address quietly misleads people. The mail says Richmond 77406, so shoppers assume the Richmond store is the obvious one, and then discover that the Grand Parkway makes our Katy showroom the quicker trip by a few minutes. Whether your street runs off Bella Terra Boulevard, Bella Terra Parkway, Via Venezia Boulevard, Bellagio Drive or anywhere in the newer Lakes of Bella Terra West section on the FM 723 side, the three showrooms work out at roughly fifteen, fifteen and twenty minutes, in that order: Katy, Rosenberg, then Richmond.
A drive that short should change how you shop. It takes the pressure off deciding everything in one visit, which is where most mattress regret actually begins. Come once to narrow the floor down to two or three beds, sleep on the thought for a night or two, then come back later in the week and lie on the finalists again with a clearer head. The mattress that still feels right on the second visit is almost always the right answer.
Bring whoever shares the bed. A mattress that suits one of you and not the other is the most common mistake we watch happen on a showroom floor, and it is not something new pillows quietly repair six months later. Wear clothes you can stretch out in, and lie on each mattress in the position you genuinely sleep in rather than perching on the edge.
A community built around water, and a bed that has to shed heat
The name is not decoration. Lakes of Bella Terra is laid out around a chain of lakes and ponds threaded with walking trails, a catch-and-release pond, a resident pool and a playground, with sports courts and green space filling the gaps between the Italian-named streets. It is a community where people are outdoors most of the year, and in this part of Texas that means coming back inside warm for a good eight or nine months of it.
Heat is therefore the first problem worth solving in a mattress out here, and it is the one that no amount of new bedding fixes afterwards. A bed that traps body warmth will wake you at three in the morning whatever the thermostat says, and by then you have already paid for it. The Brooklyn Bedding Aurora Luxe, the Copperflex Hybrid and the KOVA Arc Chill Hybrid are all built around exactly that problem, with cooling covers and pocketed coils that let air move through the core instead of holding it against you.
This is the single hardest thing to judge from a product page, and the easiest thing to judge in person. Put a flat hand on each cover on our floor and you will feel the difference before you even lie down. If you tend to run hot, tell your Sleep Science Coach first and let them build the shortlist around it.
A new house on the west side, or just a primary bedroom that has outgrown its bed
Lakes of Bella Terra has two distinct halves. The original sections around the lakes have settled in, which means a lot of households here are now ten or twelve years into a mattress that was only ever meant to last eight. The newer Lakes of Bella Terra West sections on the FM 723 side are still filling up, so a steady number of our Bella Terra customers are counting down to a closing date rather than a move-in date.
Both situations reward measuring before you shop. Take the bedroom itself, the doorway, the hallway turn and the stair landing on a two-storey plan, and tell us what frame the mattress is going onto, because a thick pillowtop on a tall platform bed can finish higher than anyone wants to climb into at the end of a long day. Primary bedrooms in the newer plans here frequently take a king where a queen is sitting in the old house, and standing between the two sizes on our floor with your measurements in hand settles that in about a minute.
If you are closing soon, decide early and schedule delivery for after you have keys. We can hold a delivery date until the house is ready, and choosing weeks ahead means you get your second visit in without a moving truck in the driveway.
Kids' rooms, guest rooms and the organic question
With Hubenak Elementary sitting on Rancho Bella Parkway inside the community and middle and junior high campuses a couple of minutes further west, a lot of the beds we sell into Bella Terra are not the primary one at all. They are a child moving up from the bed they had in primary school, a guest room that earns its keep twice a year, or a study that quietly became a bedroom when someone started working from home.
Parents here ask about organic more than almost any other question, and it is a fair one for a room a child spends ten hours a night in. Naturepedic and My Green Mattress are both available to try in our showrooms, built with certified organic cotton, wool and latex rather than polyurethane foams and chemical flame-retardant treatments. The Naturepedic EOS Pillowtop goes a step further: its interior layers can be swapped later, so one side can be changed as a child grows or as a couple stops agreeing about firmness.
You do not have to solve all of it in one go. Financing is available in the showroom and our price guarantee runs for a year after you buy, so we would far rather you bought one bed properly now and came back for the second than stretched a single budget across two beds that nobody is happy with.

Bella Terra mattress shopping questions
Where is the closest mattress store to Bella Terra?
Our Katy showroom at 23233 Kingsland Blvd Ste A is the closest, about 15 minutes from Lakes of Bella Terra by way of FM 1093 and the Grand Parkway. Our Rosenberg showroom is about 15 minutes in the other direction down FM 723, and our main showroom at 1531 FM359 Rd Ste 500 in Richmond is about 20 minutes away.
My address says Richmond, so is the Richmond showroom the nearest one?
Usually not. Lakes of Bella Terra carries a Richmond 77406 address, but it sits well north of the city, so the Grand Parkway makes our Katy showroom the shorter drive and our Rosenberg showroom about the same. The Richmond showroom is our main floor and worth the extra few minutes if you want the widest selection in one place.
Do you deliver mattresses to Lakes of Bella Terra?
Yes, we deliver throughout Lakes of Bella Terra, including the newer West sections. You can choose $99 delivery with in-room setup by our own team, which includes taking away your old mattress and box spring if you need that, or doorstep delivery at no charge through our delivery partner.
Which mattresses sleep coolest for a hot Fort Bend summer?
The Brooklyn Bedding Aurora Luxe, the Copperflex Hybrid and the KOVA Arc Chill Hybrid are all built around cooling covers and pocketed coils that move air through the mattress rather than trapping it. All three are available to try in our showrooms, so you can feel the covers back to back before you decide.
Do you carry organic mattresses for a child's room?
Yes. Naturepedic and My Green Mattress are both available to try in our showrooms, made with certified organic cotton, wool and latex instead of polyurethane foams and chemical flame-retardant treatments. The Naturepedic EOS Pillowtop can also have its interior layers changed later as a child grows.
What happens if the mattress does not feel right once it is at home?
Our 365-Night Comfort Guarantee covers every mattress we sell. Sleep on it for at least 30 nights to let your body adjust, and if the comfort is still wrong you can exchange it within 365 nights of delivery for a mattress of equal or greater value. It is one exchange per customer, and all sales are final.
